Its objective is to improve people&#8217;s quality of life by facilitating compatibility between work, personal life and well-being.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BOLD is part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ajuntament.barcelona.cat\/usosdeltemps\/es\/red-de-empresas-nust\/que-es-la-red-nust\">NUST (New Social Uses of Time) Business Network<\/a><\/strong> (New Social Uses of Time), which brings together organizations committed to the implementation of policies that favor work-life balance and efficient time management. Through tools such as strategic planning, BOLD promotes initiatives such as flexible working hours, telecommuting and smarter time management, promoting a healthier and more productive work environment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Pacte del Temps<\/strong> proposes the organization of time as a citizen&#8217;s right, but how does this translate into concrete actions?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The keys to better time management according to the initiative include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A healthier, more equitable and sustainable organization of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harmonization of the different uses of time in daily life.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective co-responsibility between men and women.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More social time for citizenship.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More efficient time management models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The progressive implementation of the timetable reform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time awareness as a key factor for daily well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last December we participated in the <strong>Pacte del Temps Annual Meeting<\/strong>, focused on <strong>rethinking health and well-being through the uses of time<\/strong>. In this space, we share our experience as developers of <strong>BOLD<\/strong>, a planning software designed to balance the needs of individuals with the work requirements of organizations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the day, <strong>Carles Ger, CEO of Global Planning Solutions<\/strong>, intervened in the <strong>Best Practices<\/strong> block, presenting innovative experiences that we implement internally in time management.
