A congress that will be held at the <strong>headquarters of the Presidency of the Government of the Canary Islands<\/strong>, in <strong> Santa Cruz de Tenerife<\/strong>, and of which we are one more year as sponsors.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Global Planning Solutions we also collaborated with the dynamization of the workshop <strong>Time management and its impact on motivation, retention and conciliation<\/strong>. An opportunity to explore specific and necessary aspects of the sector to facilitate the reconciliation and loyalty of professionals in a sector as demanding as the health sector.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the workshop, we will delve into the Human Resources function, an area that lives in constant balance and faces new challenges on multiple fronts: <strong>professionals, company, union representation and administration<\/strong>, all while complying with current legal regulations.
